It’s an “3S” Facility (Sales - Service – Spare Parts) for Abdul Latif Jameel Heavy Equipment Company; the new joint venture between Abdul Latif Jameel & KOMATSU one of the top-Heavy industries in Japan.
The center contains 2000 m2 warehouse, 3000 m2 workshops, 3500 m2 offices plus 4500 m2 open stockyard.
In Middle east as the largest ALJHE center, the design was selected by client to act as the new company identity across KSA.
