This project required very special planning and design requirements because of its location and extremely confined site at the Entrance of Jeddah Airport.
The result is an innovative plan with dignified and impressive architectural elevations.
The hotel consists of 29 floors accommodating 440 rooms, entrance lobby and restaurants There is adequate parking at 3 basements levels.
